As part of the operation of the Site and the provision of services by the Company, Crypto Assets Management may process certain personal data (i.e. the user's surname, first name and e-mail address).   • As part of the provision of Services by the Company and once you have completed your customer file, you can access your file via the "Customer Access" tab. To do this, we ask you to provide your identity (surname, first name), contact e-mail address, customer telephone number, copy of valid identity card, proof of address less than 3 months old, the completed investor questionnaire and signature of the management mandate.

The collection of this information is necessary for Crypto Assets Management to be able to process your requests as quickly as possible.


4 – DATA WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY


During your browsing on the Site, Crypto Assets Management may collect, in accordance with current legislation and with your prior consent when required, data relating to your browsing and the terminals or networks from which you access the Site, such as: your IP address, your browsing path on the site, the content you consult, your preferred language, the type and version of browser used, etc. Crypto Assets Management reserves the right to modify this data at any time without prior notice.

Data collected and processed by Crypto Assets Management through the Site is shared with our lawyers, associates and administrative staff, who are bound by strict confidentiality. Attention The exercise of these rights is limited, however, in the case of personal data that is necessary for the operation of blockchains (in particular, data retained/stored within blockchains used to manage, monitor and process transactions on NFT). The data required to operate blockchains cannot be modified or deleted during the lifetime of the blockchain in question. Crypto Assets Management is not responsible for the preservation/storage of this data in the said blockchains. Crypto Assets Management neither manages nor controls the said blockchains, and therefore has no power to determine or control the processing of personal data that may be implemented in the context of the said blockchains, nor to pass on the exercise by the persons concerned of their rights to the said blockchains.
